I have never bought anything from the Internet, how do I go about it?

Start by registering to our website, add the items you like into the virtualy cart, choose and make the payment that most suits you. We shall deal with the rest.

I have just paid for my order, when will I receive it?

Orders are executed within 48 hours and will be delivered to your chosen address within a few working days.

I have just received my order, the packaging is damaged and some items have been stolen or are damaged?

We advise you to read carefully our page entitled “Consignments and Deliveries”. Burn Out Italy, will not be considered liable for possible thefts or damages. We would like to point out that we only send goods by pony express and thanks to our accurate packing and reliability of the consignment companies used by us, the possibility of such unpleasant events is considerably lower than 1% of our consignments.

I have just received your order, but I got the product’s size or model wrong, what can I do?

Only if: the product, its label and packaging are undamaged, you can then: contact us, explain everything, send us back the order and send us a further payment for the next consignment.

Why can’t I come and collect my order personally?

Burn Out Italy is exclusively an electronic shop; the secret of our competitive prices lies in the organization of our deposits, lack of resources used for displaying our products and no public areas to take care of.

Are your discounts real?

Undoubtedly. Burn Out Italy also markets famous brands, whose price lists are published freely, all you need to do is call directly the company which manufactures or imports the item you are interested in and ask for a price list.

Is it possible to buy a product which is no longer available or an item of a brand marketed by you?

Certainly, send us your request and we shall tell you, the day itself, whether it is possible to order it, the time and costs involved.

Why is it compulsory to supply a phone number?

Because the carrier might need it, should he have any difficulty in deliverying your consignment, or he might need further information regarding the address you have supplied.

Why don’t you use cash on delivery?

It is not possible to use cash on delivery for international consignments, consignment companies do not accept it.
