I have never purchased anything over seas before, but the service provided by Burn out Italy was simply the best! Always responding to my emails very fast and providing me with any kind of help gave me a lot of assurance and confidence to purchase from them again and again. I asked a lot of questions because it is difficult to purchase something sight un-seen, but they answered everthing swiftly and the product (Airoh J106) was just as described. I hope to deal with them again soon!
